Academy of Chocolate winners on Chof

The Academy of Chocolate awards were launched in 2005 to identify, recognise and showcase talented chocolate producers and fine chocolates. Products are marked on a range of criteria by multiple judges working independently, and the scores decide the gold, silver and bronze winners in each category. The judges include chocolatiers, producers, journalists and food writers.

Listed below: 369 results for 241 bars from 72 makers.

About the Academy of Chocolate

The awards began small: the Academy of Chocolate records 12 entries in its first year. Bar categories now include bean-to-bar dark, milk and white chocolate, each with a flavoured class, alongside couverture bars and student entries.

Beyond the category medals, a Supreme Jury gives the Golden Bean and Golden Bonbon awards.

Chof lists the bar results it has matched to its catalogue, by year. Each year links to the Academy of Chocolate's own winner list for that year.

What you can do with your result
