About Matcha Tea & Cocoa Butter
Likkle More is a bean-to-bar maker based in Jamaica. As an artisan producer, the company manages the production of its chocolate from the initial processing of raw ingredients through to the finished bar.
This 33% white chocolate bar combines cocoa butter, whole milk powder and cane sugar with matcha tea. Its flavour notes are creamy and sweet, with grassy and vegetal notes and some astringency. The maker tempers the 70 g bar, and it contains no lecithin, vanilla, vanillin, PGPR or vegetable fats.
Likkle More makes direct-trade claims for its sourcing. The bar won a Bronze award at the 2024 Academy of Chocolate awards. It contains milk and is made in a kitchen that also handles seeds and nuts.
