Chof Monthly

One email a month, covering the month before it. It opens with a short note from me, and everything under that note is built from the catalog: the bars and makers added that month, one maker in more detail, ten bars from a single origin, the shops that joined, and what changed in the app and in the data behind it.

Bars are ordered by Chof Score, and no maker takes more than two places in one list. The shops are alphabetical, because Chof has no basis for ranking a retailer.

If you have a Chof account with a confirmed email address, you are already on the list. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops this email without touching your account.
