Likkle More is an artisan producer based in Jamaica. This 68% dark chocolate bar incorporates roasted coffee beans directly into its composition, which includes cocoa beans, cane sugar, and cocoa butter. The product contains no soy lecithin, vanillin, vegetable fats, or PGPR.
The cacao undergoes a sun drying process post-harvest. The refining method utilizes a melanger to achieve the texture of the finished bar. This 70 gram bar has received industry recognition, including the Academy of Chocolate Silver award in 2021, Bronze in 2022, and the International Chocolate Awards Americas Silver in 2020-21.
