They stock makers and chocolatiers from around the world, sourced maker by maker for supply-chain transparency. The café pours French drinking chocolate, 100% cacao, cacao cold brew and drinking-chocolate flights alongside daily tasting plates and gelato, and the same space hosts maker tastings, educational events and private events. The name is a deliberate play on dispensary language.
