A craft-chocolate shop and tasting café in Echo Park, Los Angeles, opened by Kala and Dale in 2024 — the retail floor in June, the café that December. They stock around 1,100 products from 110-plus makers and chocolatiers worldwide, sourced maker by maker for supply-chain transparency. The café pours French drinking chocolate, 100% cacao, cacao cold brew and drinking-chocolate flights alongside daily tasting plates and gelato, and the same space hosts maker tastings, educational events and private events. The name is a deliberate play on dispensary language.
