KARÜ

KARÜ is a Colombian bean-to-bar chocolate company founded in 2020. Every bar is made in Colombia, in the same country where the cacao grows. That keeps the entire chain, from farm to finished bar, in the maker's hands. From there the chocolate travels well beyond origin: today KARÜ is enjoyed across the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.

The cacao comes directly from small farming families in Tumaco, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and Córdoba. Each origin offers a different expression of Colombian cacao, shaped by its climate, landscape and the people who grow it. Rather than blending those differences away, KARÜ crafts each batch in small quantities to preserve the character of every origin. Believing that exceptional chocolate begins at the farm, the maker pays well above the market price for its cacao.

Many KARÜ recipes pair cacao with ingredients that have long been part of Colombia's culinary identity: passion fruit, coffee, coconut and lulo. The result is chocolate that expresses the country's biodiversity and culture through flavor, built from ingredients that naturally belong together.
