A specialist chocolate shop and tasting atelier on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal in Amsterdam's old centre, a few minutes' walk from Central Station. Everything it sells is single-origin, with bars from makers such as Heinde & Verre, Original Beans and Mesjokke, and it makes its own bonbons in small batches in the atelier. Public tastings and workshops run every week.
