This 42% cacao white chocolate relies on a minimalist composition of cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cane sugar, and high-quality green tea. The production process utilizes a melanger to refine the ingredients, resulting in a smooth texture. The flavor profile highlights the natural characteristics of the tea, featuring earthy and umami notes balanced by a creamy sweetness.
