This 70% dark chocolate bar is made with dehydrated fresh scotch bonnet pepper, and its flavour notes are spicy, fruity and aromatic. The ingredients are cocoa nibs, cane sugar, cocoa butter and the pepper, with all-natural colours derived from plants, fruits and vegetables. It contains no lecithin, vanilla, vanillin, PGPR or vegetable fats.
