This specific release highlights the Piura Blanco bean, a prized variety sourced from the San Lorenzo Valley in the Piura region of Peru.

To achieve its characteristic profile, the cacao undergoes a post-harvest process of 6 to 8 days of fermentation in wooden boxes, followed by sun drying. The resulting 71% cacao bar is crafted from cacao beans, cacao butter, beet sugar, and sunflower lecithin. The flavor experience features bright acidity and fruit-forward notes, including young red fruit, passion fruit, and citrus, balanced by a grounded layer of soft nuttiness and coffee.
