This 88% cacao bar is crafted using a mix of Trinitario beans from Tanzania and Arriba Nacional beans from Ecuador. The profile leans heavily into the darker side of the spectrum, with prominent flavors of fudge, molasses, and burnt caramel, rounded out by a nutty finish. The ingredients are minimal, consisting of cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla bean.
