A craft chocolate shop and chocolate school in the Atrium Building in downtown Victoria, British Columbia, carrying over 350 bars from more than sixty bean-to-bar makers worldwide. It began in 1999 as a chocolate-education project, opened its own store in 2012, and describes the chocolate it sells as "more than" Fair Trade -- it selects makers who pay living-wage cacao prices through direct trade or ethical brokers rather than relying on certification.
