This 40% bar features Ancestral variety cacao sourced from the Arhuaco indigenous community in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region of Colombia. The inclusion of hazelnuts creates a profile defined by notes of toasted nuts, toffee, and subtle sesame. The maker relies on a melanger for the refining process, ensuring a smooth texture without the use of lecithin, vanillin, or auxiliary vegetable fats.

The formulation is certified Vegan, relying on high-quality cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, and hazelnuts. While the bar itself contains no dairy ingredients, it is produced in a facility that handles milk, and it may contain traces of dairy due to shared equipment.
