The bar consists of 40% cacao, relying on a clean ingredient list that includes raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, and seven percent cocoa nibs. Bourbon vanilla pods and extract provide the aromatic backbone. The result is a profile characterized by creamy and sweet tones balanced by the tart, crunchy texture provided by the inclusion of raw cocoa nibs. The production process intentionally omits ingredients such as PGPR, lecithin, vanillin, or non-cocoa vegetable fats.
