Nibs is produced by Cacao Disidente, an artisan maker dedicated to highlighting the specific characteristics of Colombian cacao. Based in Colombia, this maker operates with a focus on high-quality production, ensuring that the essence of the harvest is preserved from the field to the finished bar.

This 70% bar utilizes cacao beans sourced from Tumaco, Nariño. The beans undergo a controlled fermentation process in wooden boxes to develop their profile before being refined in a melanger. The addition of roasted cacao nibs provides a distinct texture, contributing to a flavor profile characterized by notes of roasted nuts, spices, and wood. The formulation is straightforward, containing only cacao, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, and the signature roasted cacao nibs.

The bar is presented in a 40-gram format, reflecting a thoughtful approach to portion and intensity for the enthusiast.
