Taucherli is an artisan bean-to-bar chocolate maker operating from the outskirts of Zurich, Switzerland. The maker maintains a small-scale, hands-on approach to production, focusing on the careful transformation of raw beans into finished bars within their own facility.

The Colombia 80% bar is crafted from cocoa beans grown in the Antioquia region, specifically from the Cacao Betulia farm lot. To achieve its final texture and profile, the cocoa mass is processed using a melanger for refinement and undergoes a quantitative conching process. The result is a high-cacao bar defined by vibrant citrus and fresh fruit notes, composed simply of cocoa mass, sugar, and cocoa butter.

While the bars are produced with a focus on quality processing, the packaging notes that the product may contain traces of milk and nuts. Each bar is portioned at a net weight of 80 grams.
