The production process takes place in their Swiss facility, focusing on small-batch methods that maintain direct control over the transformation from raw bean to finished product.

The bar consists of Trinitario cacao beans harvested in the Antioquia region of Colombia. It is processed using a melanger for refining, paired with a basic roast profile and quantitative conching to manage the texture. The addition of cocoa nibs directly into the 77% dark chocolate mass introduces a distinct crunch and secondary layer of cacao flavor to the finished 80-gram bar.
