This 58% cacao bar incorporates cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, and milk powder to create a creamy texture that supports the infusion of Thai tea leaves. The beans are sourced specifically from the Prachuap Khiri Khan region. The inclusion of tea leaves provides a distinct aromatic profile, bridging the gap between traditional tea culture and modern chocolate making.
