The fermentation protocol lasts 6-7 days in tiered boxes, involving 3-4 turns to ensure consistency, followed by sun-drying on raised beds. This method yields a flavor profile characterized by strawberry, coconut cream, and caramel. The bar has earned recognition as a Good Food Award winner.
