The beans are sourced from the Empresa Campesina Chuao, a historic farm lot where agricultural traditions remain deeply connected to the land.

The flavor profile presents a complex and rounded character, defined by a medium fruity acidity and an aromatic intensity expected from high-quality Venezuelan cacao. The beans, a hybrid of the Criollo variety, undergo a traditional post-harvest process involving fermentation in wooden boxes for nearly a week, followed by sun-drying in the local Plaza de Secado.
