The focus of this specific bar rests on the prized Porcelana variety, a rare strain of criollo cacao sourced directly from the Sierra de Perija region in Venezuela.

The production process prioritizes the preservation of the delicate Porcelana profile. The beans undergo a short fermentation period of 2-3 days in wooden boxes, followed by sun-drying on raised beds. The resulting 72% bar is crafted from a concise ingredient list of cacao beans, cane sugar, and added cocoa butter. On the palate, this chocolate reveals a nuanced profile characterized by honey, toasted hazelnut, red fruits, cream, and faint floral hints of jasmine.
