The cacao undergoes box fermentation, where beans are kept in wooden boxes with banana leaves and jute sacks for 3 to 7 days before drying to 6% moisture. Hand-harvested annually over four months, the bar presents flavour notes of fruity, green apple, red fruits, black raisins, and grapes. It has received recognition including International Chocolate Awards World Final Silver 2020 and International Chocolate Awards Americas Silver 2020.
