This bar highlights cacao beans sourced from the Arhuacos region in Colombia. The absence of sugar allows the inherent qualities of the harvest to take center stage, offering a sensory progression that moves from citrus-leaning grapefruit and pear to a creamy yoghurt finish, rounded out by a nutty hazelnut undertone.
