The Cacao & Raspberry bar is a distinctive 50% dark milk creation that challenges the traditional boundaries of dairy-free chocolate. By utilizing coconut milk powder, the makers achieve a creamy, velvety texture without the use of cow dairy. The chocolate is refined in a melanger to ensure a smooth melt, allowing the deep, earthy notes of Indian cacao to dance harmoniously with the sharp, acidic pop of organic freeze-dried raspberries.
