Betulia Ocho is a 70% dark chocolate produced by ZOTO. The cacao beans are sourced from the Hacienda Betulia estate in Antioquia, Colombia. The post-harvest protocol for this micro-lot involves a five-day box fermentation process and 14 days of open-air sun-drying on wood.
