Pascati is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker situated in Wada, Maharashtra, India. As one of the first producers in the country to integrate organic and Fairtrade practices, the company maintains control over the full manufacturing process, from raw bean to finished bar.

This 90% dark chocolate bar is composed of 74% cocoa nibs and 16% cocoa butter, with a small addition of sugar. The beans originate from Kerala, a region renowned for its tropical climate. To refine the texture, the maker utilizes a melanger, which helps achieve the consistency expected of high-cacao content bars.

The production process adheres to international standards for both organic and Fairtrade certifications. The bar weighs 75 grams and is marked with an allergen statement indicating that it may contain traces of nuts.
