Minang Kakao is a tree-to-bar chocolate maker based in Indonesia. This 100% dark chocolate bar features Trinitario cacao beans harvested in the West Sumatra region.
The production process begins with controlled box fermentation for 144 hours, followed by seven days of sun drying. The beans are refined using a melanger. The final bar contains only cacao beans and cacao butter as ingredients. This bar earned a Silver award at the 2022 Academy of Chocolate competition.
The bar carries Halal, Organic, and Vegan certifications.
