Verdello Lemon

Bonajuto is a bean-to-bar producer based in Modica, Sicilia, with a history in the region dating back to 1880. As a long-standing manufacturer, the producer uses a melanger for stone grinding to process its bars.

This 50 g dark chocolate bar contains 65% cacao and is sweetened with sugar. It incorporates Verdello lemon zest, resulting in clear flavour notes of lemon and citrus. The bar is produced without the addition of lecithin, vanilla, vanillin, PGPR, vegetable fats, or added cocoa butter.

The bar carries PGI certification. Due to the manufacturing environment, it may contain traces of nuts and milk. It provides 550 kcal per 100 g, with 34 g of sugar and 32 g of fat.
