Panakam 65% is a dark chocolate bar featuring a combination of inclusions inspired by traditional Indian flavours. The profile is defined by the sweetness of jaggery, which serves as an alternative to conventional sugar, paired with the zesty notes of lime and the warmth of ginger and cardamom. This 45g bar contains added cocoa butter and is produced without lecithin, vanilla, or vegetable fats, ensuring the character of the ingredients remains at the forefront.

The cacao is sourced from the Kerala region of India. Kocoatrait maintains a direct-trade relationship with its suppliers and ensures that this bar meets organic certification standards.
