The Almond bar is a 57% dark chocolate, featuring a simple composition of cocoa nibs, sugar, cocoa butter, and almonds. The texture is achieved through a controlled refining process. Every batch undergoes a specific tempering technique to ensure a consistent snap and visual finish, balancing the inherent characteristics of Vietnamese cacao with the inclusion of roasted almonds.
