Based in India, the maker manages the transformation of raw beans into finished chocolate, ensuring full visibility throughout the production cycle.

This unsweetened bar features a pure expression of cacao sourced from Puttur, located in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. To achieve the desired flavor development, the beans undergo a controlled protocol consisting of 5-7 days of wooden box fermentation, followed by 6-7 days of sun drying.

The composition of the bar is intentionally minimalist. It contains only one ingredient, consisting entirely of organic cocoa beans, allowing the natural profile of the Puttur-grown cacao to remain the sole focus of the tasting experience.
