This unsweetened bar features a blend of Trinitario and Criollo cacao varieties sourced from the Justiniano Suárez Family Farm in Colombia. The beans are sun-dried before undergoing a refining process in a melanger. The resulting chocolate showcases the pure characteristics of the origin without the interference of added sugar.
