Quinua

El Ceibo is a distinct producer based in Bolivia, characterized by a structure where the farmers themselves own the company. Rather than working with third-party suppliers, the cooperative manages the production process directly from the harvest to the final bar. They maintain a wide presence across the country with physical locations in cities including La Paz, El Alto, Oruro, Sucre, Santa Cruz, and Cochabamba.

The Quinua bar highlights the natural characteristics of cacao harvested in the Alto Beni region. This dark chocolate is produced with organic Bolivian cacao and incorporates quinoa, which adds a distinct texture and crunch to the chocolate. The result is a bar designed for direct consumption, balancing the properties of the local beans with the added grains.
