The Chili & Salt 70% bar is produced by the Swedish maker food by nature. The brand focuses on ingredients sourced from wild environments, moving away from industrialized agriculture to highlight the natural profile of their components.

The core of this bar is wild cocoa harvested in the Northern La Paz region of Bolivia. The beans are processed with cocoa butter, sugar, chili powder, and sunflower lecithin. On the palate, the chocolate presents notes of rainforest flowers, grounded by a mild chili heat that provides a lingering warmth. The inclusion of salt elevates these aromatics without overwhelming the floral character of the wild-grown cacao.

The 45-gram bar is formulated to be inclusive, containing no milk, gluten, soy, palm oil, or E-numbers. With an energy density of 541 kcal per 100g, it remains a clean, focused expression of the wild Bolivian terroir.
