Unlike traditional manufacturers, El Ceibo is a tree-to-bar maker that is uniquely structured as a cooperative where the cacao farmers are the actual owners of the company. This model allows them to manage every step of the process from the harvest of the raw pods to the final wrapping of the 100g bars.
