White East is a 34% white chocolate bar that relies on stone grinding in a melanger to achieve its texture. The recipe combines cocoa butter and whole milk powder with muscovado sugar, resulting in a profile marked by spiced and aromatic notes. The bar contains a 1.5% spice blend including cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, ginger, nutmeg, and mace.
