It is manufactured using roll refining, a process chosen to ensure a smooth, velvety texture that melts evenly.

The bar consists of 47% dark chocolate combined with 2% freeze-dried raspberry pieces. The flavor profile highlights the contrast between the mild dark chocolate and the sharp, tangy brightness of the fruit. Its composition includes sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and anhydrous milk fat, finished with natural flavorings to round out the palate.

Lindt manages the production process through the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program. This initiative oversees the sourcing of ingredients and the standards maintained throughout the supply chain, ensuring the company meets its production requirements for its large-scale chocolate bars.
