Malinowa

Malinowa is a white chocolate bar produced by Deseo, a bean-to-bar maker based in Warsaw, Poland. The company functions as a patisserie and chocolaterie.

This 60g bar is made with cocoa butter, sugar, and whole milk powder. It features freeze-dried raspberry powder as an inclusion, which contributes to its fruity flavor notes. The recipe contains added cocoa butter and soy lecithin, while excluding vanilla, vanillin, PGPR, and vegetable fats.

The bar contains milk and soy allergens. The label notes that the facility also processes nuts, gluten, and sesame.
