Cocoacraft utilizes a melanger for stone grinding its chocolate during the refining phase. The bar is produced without the use of added cocoa butter, vegetable fats, or alkalization processes. Each 80 g bar includes a standard allergen warning for soy, noting that the manufacturing facility also handles milk and nuts.
