The Cherry 81% bar is produced by Sisters A, an artisan bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Ukraine. The maker focuses on a small-scale production model, maintaining control over the entire process from the raw cacao bean to the final finished bar.

This 81% dark chocolate relies on the quality of fino de aroma cacao beans, which are refined in melangers for 72 hours to achieve a smooth texture. The composition is kept intentionally simple, featuring cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and 19% unrefined cane sugar. The addition of freeze-dried cherry provides a distinct textural and flavor contrast to the intense cacao base. The formulation avoids additives such as lecithin, vanillin, vegetable fats, or PGPR.

Sisters A operates with a focus on ingredient transparency and technical precision in their processing. Each 65-gram bar is processed to highlight the natural characteristics of the chosen cacao. Consumers should note that due to the shared production environment, the bar may contain traces of nuts and oats.
