Based in India, the maker focuses on controlled, small-batch manufacturing using a melanger to refine ingredients, which ensures a specific texture and consistency without the use of industrial additives like PGPR, lecithin, vanillin, or hydrogenated vegetable fats.

This white chocolate serves as a canvas for traditional flavour pairings. It relies on the natural creaminess of cacao butter and milk powder, sweetened with unrefined muscovado sugar. The sensory experience is defined by the inclusion of premium saffron, which provides a distinct floral aroma, balanced by the crunch and earthy profile of roasted pistachios.

Each 45-gram bar emphasizes simple, high-quality ingredients sourced to highlight the interplay between the buttery base and the regional spice notes.
