A Toronto bean-to-bar maker on St. Clair Avenue West, stone-grinding direct-trade cacao sourced through long-standing relationships with farmers in southern Mexico and beyond. Beans are roasted, winnowed and ground on site, and everything is made without nuts, dairy, soy, gluten or preservatives. Their own framing: chocolate as food, not candy.
