The people looking for good chocolate should find your shop.

Chof is where people research chocolate before they buy it. If your chocolate shop or online shop carries the makers they are reading about, it belongs on Chof. Being listed is free, and stays free.

What a chocolate shop gets on Chof

Where your shop sits on the list of chocolate shops follows one rule for every shop: online shops by name, and shops you can visit by country, then by type, then by city and name.

  • 01

    Your own shop page

A page on chof.nl with your name, where to find you and the makers you carry that are on Chof. Each address links to Google Maps for opening hours and directions, and the page says the month Chof checked your brand list.

  • 02

    Links into your own shop

Where your website has its own page for a maker you carry, your Chof page links to it. Those links carry utm_source=chof, so the visits show up in your own analytics.

  • 03

On the pages of the makers you carry

A shop you can visit can be named on the bar pages of the makers it carries. An online shop can be listed on their bar and maker pages as a place to buy, for readers in the countries it ships to.

  • 04

On the list of chocolate shops and the map

Online shops have their own section on the list, Order online. A shop you can visit is listed under its country, gets a pin on the shops map, and gets a place on its city's Where to buy chocolate page once Chof lists two shops to visit there, one of them a chocolate shop.

How it works

Step 1

Submit your shop

The form below takes two minutes. Name, how you sell, where you are, the makers you carry.

Step 2

I check it

I read every submission myself and check the makers you name against your website before anything goes live.

Step 3

Your page goes live

Once I have checked it and a maker you carry is on Chof, your shop gets its own page and a row on the list of chocolate shops, wherever you are.
