How can you tell if chocolate is high quality?
High-quality chocolate is easier to trust when the maker, origin, ingredients and flavour profile are clearly explained.
Look for named cacao origin, real cocoa butter, clear maker information and tasting notes that sound specific rather than vague.
Do not judge by cocoa percentage alone. A balanced 70% bar can be more enjoyable than a harsh 90% bar with poor cacao or rough roasting.
